help: n95 web wont launch!

i was using the web explorer and it just quit on me, then when i go to try to open it it'll open and close on me instantly, whats wrong?! anyone experience this problem before?

i tried master resetting and its asking me for a lock code? i already have the latest firmware which is the 11.XX

I'd try turning the phone off and then on again first. Sometimes there's no need for a hard reset.

i tried that last night i even took out the battery and it still wouldnt work, the hard reset fixed it
