help! my sims2 game wont finish installing!?

i have 2 other sims 2 games loaded, but this one (teen style) wont load, and it worked before, i couldnt find my code so i used someone elses, and it worked fine before, but when ever i try to load it gets to 57% and then says 'TSData/Res/Text?live.package.' and i click retry and it still doesnt work, anyone know what the problem is?? pleasee help
