Help! My Samsung Intensity is asking for a code to activate my phone?

Any Suggestions? I was playing with my phone and all of a sudden it locked me out and ask me for an activation code... Can you help? I tried calling the company their automated machine is telling me to press certain buttons on the phone and the phone will not let me press any buttons...
