HELP!!! my pc DELETED all my CONTACTS when I sync my iPhone to my pc?

What do I do... I wanted to sync my Photos to my computer and Once I was done I wanted to make a phone call and realized that all my contact where missing there phone numbers. What should I do?
I checked my pc... I can't find any of my contact on my pc. WHAT SHOULD I DO??? Please help me
