HELP my nose is acting WEIRD?

Okay so when i go out sometimes and theres bright lights or somethimg my eyes squint and i make this weird noise releasing like watery particals. It also happens when I like breath in dust. Its embarrasing help what should i do??????????????
The water comes from my NOSE btw TY
