Help! my nokia 5800 XM can't access internet both 3G and wifi,how to solve it?

firmware version : 50
i've tried to reinstall the FW
also restore to factory setting
when i go to NCC
they told me to reinstall the FW which i have done it
i also have the latest GPRS & MMS settings

please help..
 
To use 3g you must activate 3g in you sim card. In India not every places have got 3g services. If you are living in a rural area or small towns then you may not be able to use 3g
To use wifi you must be in the area which is surrounded by many LANs. For ex-You can go near an Internet cafe to use wifi. Wifi doesn't requires sim card.
