Help! My New Samsung Z500v Just Been Killed!!!!!

Hi, there

i tried to unlock my SAMSUNG Z500V using unlock code which i fund on the web, but the code didn't work at all. also my phone been locked "phone freeze SIM unavaiable" , what should i do ? can anybody help? it was just been deliveried 2 days ago.............
 
You need to direct unlock it now with cable.
