HELP MY MOTORCYCLE WONT START!!!?

I posted my bike awhile ago because i didn't know what kind it was.
Now i cant get it to start!!! I don't know why!!! last time i turned it on was about ten years ago what are the possible problems??!!!

P.S. I lost the keys but even the kick start wont do it!!!

P.P.S. how do i open the gas cap with out the key?
 
After 10 years , any engine would be reluctent to start. Without the key to turn it on, you are wasting your time with the kick starter. Without the key to the gas cap, you are trying to start 10 year old gasoline. This 10 year old gasoline has probably dried to crud in your carburator(s). In 10 years mice may have ate the insulation off all your wiring. I do not know why you expected it to start.
 
After 10 years the tank and fuel system needs to be cleaned totally.The fuel would be like brown cottage cheese. If there is no key,did you hot wire the ignition to turn it to the ON position? The bike I had not only had to be turned ON buy the key prior to turning it to the START position but it also had an ON/OFF switch on the handle bar which I normally left in the ON position and forgot about it. I accidentally turned it OFF once and I couldn't figure out why my bike wouldn't start for a long time.

You need the key to turn the "keyswitch" which allows electricity to move in your motorcycle. Without the keyswitch being in the "on" position, you can kick all you like and it will never start.
