Help? My legs, face, arms, stomach, head, ears, throat are all itchy from

something I ate? My face, ears, stomach and arms are all red. I don't have no claritin/allergy pills. It's 1 something in the morning. My mom and I are very concerned. I don't even know what I ate that I could be allergic.

I can't stop scratching and everytime I scratch my body is sore/in pain. I don't know what to do. It's hard to to breathe. Please help me?
My eyes are getting red.
