Help, my Honda CR125 dirt bike does not run correctly!?

I have a CR125 dirt bike and it smokes tremendously. The oil is overwhelmingly coming out of the exhaust. I have changed the stator, carb adjusted 5-7 times, and I changed the "brain", but it still runs bog like. The spark plug usually fouls out quickly and is rich. Also, the spark is very low because when the same spark plug is tried in another dirt bike it shows high voltage, unlike my CR125.

Any ideas?
