Help, my friend wants to have sex with me!?

Well, I have this friend that I just recently made, and he just texted me, and said he wants to have sex with me because he's "looking for something new". wtf. I don't know what to do. The bad thing is...I have a boyfriend AND he has a girlfriend. I have had a little crush on him for the longest time but I will never ever cheat on my boyfriend. I love him so much. and I won't ruin it because of this stupid boy who all of sudden wants sex from me. Help? what do I say to him in order to make him feel okay about it and not awkward, but tell him it aint gonna happen at the same time.
 
Tell him it doesn't matter where you get your appetite as long as you eat at home...

That basically means that he may long for you however, he needs to keep it in his pants if he isn't with his girlfriend.
