NOW, it says PROBATION VIOLATION, but i talked 2 his PO today and she said she's suprised they even took him 2 jail for that..it's just a traffic ticket. I simply asked her "Will he go 2 prison for this?" and she said NO.
But I just want to make sure.
He's on probation for Robbery. He was driving around the walmart parking lot looking for a spot to park w/ no license. DUMB i know.
ALSO, is it up to HIS P.O. OR THE JUDGE?? AND does he even have to go to court if his PO says he doesn't have to go 2 prison? Basically, is it the PO's choice or the judges or both? If he even has to go to court.
DETAILS:
He's on probation for 5 years, 2 1/2 on good behavoir, hes been on it 4 months, hes done everything his PO has asked until this traffic thing came up. WE LIVE IN LAS VEGAS, NV. LAND OF THE RACIST COPS-

I was driving to walmart....i told him here let me run in and YOU find a parking spot real quick because I was in a hurry. NO ONE should go 2 jail over that. Only black ppl i guss. FUCK ALL U HATIN ASS COPS!!!! I simply want a straight answer NOT 4 us to be judged and get the finger pointed @....

Nobody can cut anyone a break just because they parked a freakin car in a parking lot? just because he doesnt have his license doesnt mean hes stupid and cant park. cops just find anything to arrest ppl for. PERIOD!!!!! like none of YOU every drove a car down the street w/ out a license??? riiigghhtttt, dont act all perfect bitchees.
