I have a Koi pond and have recently added some goldfish and small Koi. Everyday, it seems, I'm finding a few fish in the net part where the water gets filtered. Is there anything I can place at the opening that will keep the fish from getting pulled into the net, but still filter the water?
I feel bad for these silly little creatures, some of them manage to get their bottom fin caught in the net also and I hate having to pull them off of it, I'm so afraid I'm going to hurt them...
