HELP MY FISH IS HURT!?

My mollie was stuck in the pre filter of my filter and i got her out and have her in her own breeder. She has been alive for a few hours now, but shes has a big red thing coming out of her anus i think. Yes im pretty sure shell die im just kinda curious about what that is and also if there is any way to possibly save her.
She's still breathing, kinda abnormally but breathing.
 
well there is no easy way 2 say this......
i just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by swithcing 2 geico.
