These fish are about 8-10 years old and have been fine, but now they're getting these things on them that look like tumors. They're a murky white color and some have them on their backs and some have them covering their eyes. They're goldfish or comets? (they look like mini coys) But now they're dying, and it's spreading to all of the other ones. Is this treatable? What is it?

sounds like a bacterial infection or fungus. but they are probably just getting old, but you can search how to treat it, maybe add salt because this makes a fishes' slimecoat more thick to prevent things like this. but to add the salt take water out of the tank and add a teaspoon of salt for every gallon and mix the salt with the water and make it so its barely cloudy, and repeat this until you have added all of the salt needed. best of luck!

They have ich and it is treatable. Go to a pet store and buy some medicine for it.
