Help, My Bike Stalls When I First Start It Right Away.?

But once it starts and I begin to ride it, it won't ever had a problem.

Just like today, I went to start it. It starts up fine but within 1 second, it'll just stall. So I repeated and tried to start. Once again, it'll start but then stall. It did that three times.

So I started it and reved it a little bit and then it was fine. It idled and I let it sit there for about a minute and no problems. And once I started to ride it, it was fine. Performance is still as good as it was when I brought it home and I missed like 50 lights (taking it on a 75 mile ride). Every light, put it in neutral and let it sit and idle til the light turned green and not a problem there. I even pulled in the clutch in fourth gear on the streets cruising to a stop and it'll just go back to where it's supposed to idle and NOT stall. It only does it when I first get on it and go to start it. Mostly when cold after I let it sit for the night and go to start it the next morning (80%). Sometimes when it's hot - Ride it maybe 20 miles and then park it and then go to ride again maybe 10 minutes later (hot). But only when I first start it. If it starts and idles, I can take it on a 300 mile ride (I did) and no problems.

Spark plugs are fine I believe. Great performance and they were changed a few months ago. This is the only major problem. And I have no idea what it is. I do have a PCIII but the thing that is getting to me is that once it starts and is able to idle, it'll act like a brand new bike.

It has done this for about two months now on and off but getting worse by the week. It doesn't do this everyday... some days, it'll start up and work perfectly fine. A few months ago, it used to do this only once and then I go to start it again and it won't have a problem for another few weeks to a month. Now, maybe once a day or every two days. And it does start right away but it'll just die a few seconds later and all the details regarding that were already explained. Anything will help. No check engine light or anything.

2004 R6, 26K miles.
Fuel injected. Carb was ended in 2002. Mine is an '04. And there is no recall for anything on this model.

Well i only have experience with dirt bikes, but they should be similar. The engine is stalling because its cold, this is completely normal. When its cold the oil in the engine is thick and creates more friction when the piston moves up and down, and this can cause it to stall. When its cold and you start it, as soon as the engine starts, give it tiny amounts of throttle and it shouldnt stall. Then just let it idle for a minute or 2 so it can warm up. Never rev the engine too high when its cold, otherwise it wears out real fast. This happens with most dirtbikes, and i would say its completely normal with a 2004 r6 with 26k miles on it.

It could be any number of things causing the problem.
Faulty throttle position sensor.
One or more coils - the coils are incorporated into the spark plug caps (the spark plug cap is the coil). They cost $60 each.
I would figure out the problem before randomly changing parts.

"Spark plugs are fine I believe" - how did you come to that conclusion?
Semi-fouled spark plugs make starting a cold engine difficult.
If the spark plugs have recently been replaced - sometimes the spark plugs caps aren't pressed onto the plugs firmly enough, causing a weak spark, inhibiting a cold engine start.
Some mechanics unplug the spark pug caps (coils) from the wire harness when changing plugs - the coils are fragile).
It's possible one or more wasn't plugged in adequately.

Troubleshooting your problem via computer is difficult.
