HELP my bf has no sex drive!?

My bf and I NEVER have sex...EVER! We have been together for two years. He has NO sex drive at all and when we do have it (4months ago) it is great. He is 35 is this a common phase in a man's life or what? Some people say he will come around but we have had sex once this year...and I am getting upset. When I try to talk about it he gets upset and says he knows. I just dont get it...
