My baby is almost 4 months and for the last 3 weeks she has been very difficult to nurse.. Once I have her latched she pulls back and arches away so she is no longer latched well. She is making clicking noises whining, it is definitely taking the fun out of nursing her...I had a Lac. consultant come over and of course when she was here the baby had the best feeding that she had in days :-/ Then the following days were a little better but now she is back to it...Help!

It sounds like she may have reflux. The arching is definitely a good clue that she has it, and it sounds like she may be in pain during feedings. I would definitely talk to her pediatrician about it.

Did you have an oversupply/overactive letdown in the beginning?

Do you nurse in a quiet calm location?

My baby fusses or cries during nursing - what's the problem?

She or you might have some thrush. With thrush the baby can experience pain when nursing. Check to see if she has any white patched inside her mouth or if your nipple is red and looks flacky.
If thats not it - she could have an ear infection - when lying on her side trying to nurse will cause a build up of pressure in her ear which will hurt.
Does she nurse on one side but refuses the other side?
