Well, 2 days ago at school my teacher wants us to carry our table (im 7th grader btw and im a gurl) it was a little heavy.but i did it but then my arm hurt a lil like it was shiverring and then when i got home it didn't hurt anymore.so i went to sleep at nite and when I woke up the next day my arm really a lil hurt if i swing it :/ but im fine tho..so i went to sleep again yesterday hoping it won't hurt again today but it still hurt (only a bit) help? :[ i dun wana go to the doctor.. Shud i drink milk?
