Help my 99 Pontiac Grand Am wont start?

The other day I went to start my car and it wouldnt even turn over. I tried a few times and finally called a tow. Once the tow got there I tried it again and bang it worked. Then I turned it off and it wouldnt start again. It did this a few times until finally it will not work at all. I removed the starter and tested it to find out it was "bad" so we got a new starter and installed it. It still wont work but now it is making a bit more noise even though it wont turn over. The battery is good, altenator is good, fuses look good. I dont know what else to do except for something about checking the "park neutral switch" but I do not know where that is located. Could someone more car smart help?

ps: is there a starter relay? i cant find one in relay box
 
Your car computer may be bad but not likely. Your main harness could have a cut wire. You may even just have a bad connection.
