walking near her. ? Although if someone walks near us with another dog she is completly fine, the stranger could clap her aswell.

Use desensitization and counter conditioning to help her feel better about strangers approaching. Plus don't let strangers stick their hands out at her or bend over her or look her directly in the face.

The link below has more details about dogs who react to other dogs. Just replace "other dogs" with other humans.

Please don’t listen to any advice that is just a repeat of television shows. TV is for entertainment and ratings – not education. So please do not listen to advice about alpha rolling, dominance, pack leader, showing who’s boss etc..

There is a reason why the screen on those TV shows flashes “Do not try this at home” – because the techniques are extremely unsafe.

Please absolutely no alpha rolling, leash yanking, hanings, no leash corrections (same as yanking, jerking). There are better ways to treat your best friend. Please no shock collars

If someone says it doesn’t hurt, it probably does: http://blog.mysanantonio.com/latrenda/2011/05/when-someone-says-its-doesnt-hurt-it-probably-does/

ETA
Please do not kick (tap)
or yank (pull on the leash)
This will make your dog feel worse about other people, not better

When you take her for a walk us a shorter lead. When she gets aggressive give her a tape with you left leg as tug leash closer to you. Dog should be on your left side when walker her. She should not be allowed to be aggressive and it's up to you to teach her other wise. Wouldn't it be nice to go for a walk with a non-aggressive dog.

Consider your self lucky that your dog is not aggressive to other dogs also. Other dogs will sent each other through out every part of there bodies. Let them do this even if you think it looks gross to you. It's there way of getting to know one another and except one another.

Now all you have to do is get your dog under control when walking and it's aggressive to people. You don't want your dog biting another person and this can be avoiding with some training from you. Who needs a law suit when that can be avoided. It's you body language (tap with your leg on her hind quarter and a slight pull on the lead) practice will work wonders.
