Help! Mood swings, hot flashes(atleast it feels that way), nausea, ....?

i get extremely tired at night, more then i ever did, i feel sick when i try to go to bed, ive been getting angry and sad for no reason and overreacting to little things, i dont usually do this,. My breasts have been sore to the touch..peeing often. i think im sick, any ideas with what????
