And now to ask complete strangers a sensitive question...
My periods have been fairly regular for about five years- 28 day cycle, never jumping more than three or four days, two times a year or so.
I believe I got my last period on March 26th. On April 10th (day sixteen) I started spotting, (very lightly, blood was dark) and continued to until today. No cramps as I tend to get them the first day of my cycle. My skin is breaking out, and I'm a little more tired than I am typically, but nothing extreme.
This has never happened to me before. I am in my early twenties, in good health otherwise, and am in a monogamous, almost-always-using-a-condom relationship. I have had Pap Smears indicating irregularities, but no problems otherwise. I am 99% sure that the timing is such that it wouldn't be implantation bleeding... correct?
Thoughts on this...? Suggestions of what it may be?
