Help me with My three wheel bike?

Well I have a three wheeler bike and I want to hook up speakers to it, I seen a battery converter could I use that to power my system, and I want to put this in the basket ; the basket is pretty big.... can anyone help me or give me an idea of what to do
 
your best bet would br a small radio that you can hook speakers to and it would probably be cheaper
