help me with my samsung LCD?

well;i have bought samsung LCD series 6. when the TV is off and i turn it on after about 5 minutes it restarts i mean it shuts down and starts working again but it never restarts after that while watching it. but when i shut it down and turn it on it again after exactly 5 minutes restarts and again after that never restarts. it just restarts when i turn it on. what should i do?? help me
