Help me with my lifestyle please?

Hey, so my story is that I'm fourteen and average weight but more to the overweight side. I'm 125 pounds and 5 foot 4. I've always eaten poorly, white bread, pasta, candy, and other stuff lol that. I don't over eat though. I play a sport almost 3-5 times a week for 1-2 hours. Every other day I go on a healthy kick and try to eat healthy but it backfires and I eat more crap, thinking Im a kid and don't need to lose weight. But then I look in the mirror and want to change. I have this battle every meal! And school and my home doesn't offer healthy alternatives. So how do I get enough motivation, and what diet should I use?
