Since about 8th grade I've been having terrible acne on my nose... Not very much anywhere else on my body.... The pimples are generally in the exact same spot each time. Almost always on the right side and they generally come in pacts of 4... Their not clumped together. There's just generally 4 pimples. I've wondered if it's herpes, but they look like ordinary white head pimples.
It seems they go away for 2-3 weeks, but then come back for a terrible week which eventually gets better and then the process repeats itself... This is very annoying because 1 I have a large nose, and 2 it looks quite disgusting, and 3 sometimes it hurts. Sometimes there are 5-6 pimples and my nose gets very red and swollen.... I wash my face with Purpose soap each day...
Any suggestions of what I could do to prevent this from happening so often? I honestly do not think my nose is really all that oily.
