WHAT IS THE HAZARDS FOR ALL OF THESE ?
what is the hazard when cutting vegetables / beef / mashing the mango ?

Add dried chilli, black peppercorns, cumin seeds, mustard seed, coriander seeds, onion seeds and fry for 10 seconds. Then add salt, sugar & paprika

.Add Mango pulp into the mixture & simmer for 20 minutes. Stir thoroughly

.Boil water & cook noodles for 3-4 minutes, drain water from noodles & set aside.

Fry garlic and grated ginger

.Add beef & stir fry for 5 minutes until brown & set aside

Heat wok & add vegetables oil & Add fresh chopped vegetables & add seasonings

Stir fry for couple of minutes and stir thoroughly

.Mix all the vegetables together with the beef and the noodles
