What were the:

-Significant rulers?
-How was power gain/maintained
-Laws/consequences
-Responsibilities
-Role of military
-Use of defeated tribes
-Rise/Fall of civilization

sorry i have so many questions about them ^o^

- The mayas did not have a ruler in common, the maya consisted of city states. But on of the most notable was Pacal, of Tikal.

- Dynastic. If there where no descendants, the priests apointed a new one.

-

-

-

- Sacrifices (in the later periods).

- The maya civilazation bloomed around 300 a.d, and declined around 900 a.d. The decline is still not given a specific cause, but it is suspected that a wave of hunger or diseases made them collapse. There were still mayas when the Spanish arrived, but merely living in tribes.
