Help me with a exercise rountine?

I'm already thin, but i'm not physically fit. If you get what i'm saying. I want a smooth, hard stomach, like Marisa Miller, Miranda Kerr, Or Alessandra Ambrosio. I do a lot of crunches and sit ups and I'm starting to see ab formations, I was just wondering if you know any exercises I could do other then those to gain abs, and if there is any to do to loose love handles. I run a mile atleast 2 a week and eat very healthy.
