I've been bouncing between specialists for a while now. My most recent visit to a Neurologist (for a headache) resulted in some blood labs and scans that I hadn't had before. It will be a couple weeks until he gets back to me. In the meantime, I picked up my blood work results and there are some things that are standing out as not looking normal to me. Can you help me understand what they could possibly mean? I like to be prepared with questions when I do talk to my doctor. I've found over the last few years I need to really advocate for my own health.
Results:
ANA result: positive
ANA pattern: homogeneous
ANA titer: 1:640
Cardiolipin IGM: 16 (Intermedinate 13-20)
Angioten-I Conv: 358 (4-60 u/l) verified by repeat test
eGFR: 55 (60-130)
SFPT/ALT: 88 (10-56)
Thanks in advance for your support.
