The attorney of my husband's 15 years old son, which was abducted 9 years ago and who is nowhere to find even with the help of DA office writing my husband letters with demand to pay his sons debt in some huge amount of money for the past few years of his education in some boarding school in Switzerland. That attorney keeps telling that my husband’s son informed him that my husband promised him to pay this amount of money. Even though my husband already told him that he never promised anything to his son and explained the whole situation with kidnapping, attorney still writes the letter that he doesn't care about anything except my husband has to pay that money to school no matter how, but not later the end of June. Its does not look like blackmailing because he don't have anything to threaten my husband with, but what is that? Oh, I forgot that my husband have sole physical custody over that son. What we can do to stop this ridiculous situation? Thanks for help!
