Can someone explain to me how to solve:
(1.03)t = 2(1.01)^t
I vaguely remember you're supposed to use log to bring the t down.
Wiki gave me the format:
x=b^y
and to solve for y as
y=log(base b)x
I can't remember how to manipulate the log base that is something other than 10.
Will anyone explain the procedure and help me solve the problem?
