my phone's hanging when i loggin the contact! then i full flash with martech but not power on! can every body help me? Thanks!

BenQ E71 Flash by Martech not pw on? Martech box's Professional than Dream box but Dream box flash Ben Q E71 is pw on ok! Can Martech team answer this my question? why? Martech box is very expensive than Dream box, but not ok than Dream box?
and some Siemens BQ A31 after flash then not unkown FW and Model? Tpoint not used done if i used 2 tpoint red and black, if i used tpoint black for model only used one tpoint balck then is ok? Can Martech team answer this my question? Martech box is worse than Dream box ?
