Right now I haven't went to my t-mobile store yet but i'm anxious to find the answer to my problem before I go. Just recently bought my phone about 2 weeks ago. I also have a 4 digit pass code that I programmed in my phone whenever it's not in use for 1 minute or when you turn it on. apparently my pass code doesn't work anymore. At 1st it said that I entered the wrong password. Then whenever I push in the numbers the unlock button doesn't work. I can keep on pressing on it until it the light dims down but nothing happens. I took out the battery and turned it back on about a 100 times, still nothing. i pressed the reset button inside of the phone about 20 times, still nothing. PLEASE HELP ME OUT!
