Help me please, tonights films ??????

After a hectic week in work I have decided to stay in tonight, can anyone recommend a decent films, to hire out / buy on dvd please, I like alsort it dosent have to be new even, I have only recently seen the shawshank redemption etc so please list some goof must watch films and a brief idea what they are about please
 
It's near to impossible to just rec random films when you know nothing about a person. What type of films do you like? Action? Comedy? Romantic? Horror? I need something to go on. :)
 
Comedy (ameican pie, borat, sitcoms)
Brit Gangster (lock stock, snatch, essex boys)
I like films that you got to think and follow (pulp ficton etc)

Also like things like, catch me if you can, blow etc
 
I must repeat my nomination for The Big Lebowski. Honestly, it's terrific - funniest film ever!

Another brilliant movie is 21 Grams.
 
I watched that a couple of weeks ago and it was pretty good.

OP: If you could give us an idea of what sort of films you like and it would help
 
Why didn't I think of this before... Go to the Movies forum in the Entertainment section, there's always a thread knocking about called 'What's the best movie you've ever seen' (or something like that). Plenty of advice there as well. :)
