...Involved With The Police*? I have been married to my husband for several mths now and we love eachother so much I was due to apply for his visa to come to me in UK - (although he would prefer me to go to him) but my current situation with my children wont allow it to happen. His family have not been involved with police until the last few weeks when a accident happened and his cousin had accident and the young boy involved fell onto a knife and the boy died. His cousin was arrested and is currently with the police. This family name is the same as my husbands this is what i am worried about.
My husband was not involved infact he was at work and he stayed in his work and is still there now he did not go home. He found out when i was talking to him over the internet when he got a phone call from his family telling what had happened.
My husband has never been involved with the police and my husbands father (who sadly is dead) has never been either and his sister and mother again no convictions.
Does anyone no what this situation would be if i applied for the visa for him to come here would he be refused because of the situation in his family.
I have spoke to my solicitor here in england and he tells me i have civil rights and if this is refused i can appeal and hopefully win because we are married and i have civil rights.
Does anyone no anything about this and what the situation would be. I have been told lots of things that he will not be refused because he has clean record but then i have been told that he will because they check his family history.
PLEASE NO NASTY COMMENTS PLEASE AS I HAVE FINDING THIS REALLY HARD AS IT IS AND NEED SOME SUPPORT AND HELP WITH SOME PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD A SIMILAR PROBLEM.
