Help me pick a nice Korean/Jap Hairstyle?

I'm not korean or Japanese (I'm filipino) but I think korean styles are so cute and fashionable. I googled it and I found like a bunch of sites but they're in korean and I can't understand! I found a few hairstyles that I kinda like but isn't too crazy about:

My current hair right now is just plain! I have straight, black, shoulder length hair...
I'm 16 and my bone structure is simillar to that in the picture...




What I'm asking is::
If you could comment the hairstyle I chose. And if you can maybe find me another style (with pic if possible) of what you think is a better for me. Preferrably long =)
