back to the gym? I'm a college student, overweight, and I've lost weight before and so I know how to do it, and plus I want to look good for my fiance and on my wedding day....aaaand..I'm having a hard time deciding on what to choose that's a good exercise for me to lose weight fairly fast (or the one where I'd see results the fastest). I want to lose about 120lbs or so (don't judge, I am healthy, just gotta get the weight down). I do go to the gym, but honestly....*yawn* So, which is better, riding a bike daily or just going to the gym? I've read that bike riding is really good and I get VERY bored in the gym now and it's really easy for me to talk myself out of going. So I'm leaning toward getting a bike and maybe getting a kickboxing bag (I've lost a good bit of weight before riding a bike and using weights at home and I've lost 70lbs just going to the gym and eating 800 cals/day and gained back 30 of it)....soooo...help me out! Which one should I choose?
