i recently got fired from my last job. they told me that they don't trust me enough and that i don't seem to get along with others.missed a working day when it is extremely busy. so i filed edd and it was my first of everything. edd determined my claim and said that i wasn't willing to look for a job. before that i received a called (interview) from the edd place, they ask me that am i looking for a job and i said not at the moment because i'm planing on going back to school, and when i get into school i will get a part time job . ( i wasn't sure what was going on.) i didn't get a chance to finished and the lady cuts me off like with an attitude said to me "if any job called you are you willing to work"? i said yes..then she said " HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSE TO GET HIRED IF YOU DIDN'T LOOK FOR WORK". then said "ok that is all i need to know"...

so later i got an letter that i was denied. if i don't agree i will have to write to them and appeal it. WHICH I DID.
but in the mean time i been recieving check from edd and cashing it.since i thought everything is fine..omg
than again i recieved a letter that i will have to go to court to appeal now. that when everything stress me out. so hear is my question...
what do i have to do? any experience from other who went to the same thing?
