Ok.. I just bought a 93 honda accord with 230,000 miles.. lol it was cheap, and I bought it for something around town to get good gas mileage, its the 4cyl. anyway.. a couple things are wrong with it.. for starters, it randomly revs between 1,000rpm and 2,000 rpm.. I think its after I drive it a little bit that it does it.. and it also randomly drops in RPM like to 500 and lower, and it will stay on.. but when I rev it and the RPM drops back down, it kills it.. It doesn't do that as often as it revs up and down though. Please help me! my gas mileage is only at about 15mpg in town at the moment.. Oh and also, it is just gutless between 1,000 rpm and 2,500 rpm.. it shutters.. kinda shakes, like its not getting fuel or something.. oh oh and one more thing.. the temp gauge and the heater are out of wack! the heater hardly ever blows out warm or hot air.. and when it doesn't blow out the air, the temp gauge is way below the C. and this is after me driving it for like 20 minutes or more.. it should be warmed up.. but its not.. thanks a lot yahoo community.
