help me make a diet/exercise plan?

ok. im 6'2 220lbs (idk why i jus cant lose the weight) im 14 and i need like a schedule routine for everyday. im homeschool so weekdays are whatever. im wanting to build muscle and drop the gut. i can probly bench abt 80 pounds so can yall help me out. idk how i shud go thru the day with the exercise. i do kno how to eat right
