If you really want to do the course, then do it. People promise not to resign all the time and then circumstances change. If the job you have is what you want to do then stay there but your question suggests that you REALLY want to do the course. Just remember there is no guarantee of a job at the end of it so you will have to weigh up if you can cope with that too.

I am being offered a job in fashion retail selling but at the same time I am being offered a place on a fashion degree course(a one final year course since I have a HND in fashion already).

The course is really good and it will teach me essential knowledge in fashion and textile and will give me opportunity to practice more since my dream is to be a fashion designer.

But the job I got is fashion sales, and not very well paid(around 15k per year), I have been told repeatly by the 4 interviewers that they dont want somebody to leave less than a year, they want someone can commit to the job for at least 2 years.

I am quite fortunate because it is so hard to get a job at the moment and I will have one.

But I dont think the job will let me do the course since the course is full time, 5 days a week, even if i do it part time, it will be 3 days per week so it is impossible to do those at the same time.

What would you do if you were me? I just feel really bad when I promised my employer that I can work for at least 2 years, and also the employers were so nice to me, trust me and help me and such...If I do the course full time which means I have to resign just 3 monthes after I start my job, so bad...

Please help me if you have any good opinion.

I would go for the course - it sounds like that is your gut feeling. Also if you said you would work in the store for 2 years, before you know that could be 5 or more. I would do the course to open up as many opportunities as possible.
