Here is the setup I have below.
The surround sound was given as a gift or I would've made sure to get one with more Audio/Video In so I wouldn't have this issue, but I gotta make this work.

With this setup I want to obviously hook the DVD/Receiver and the Cable to the TV, but I also want to connect my PS2 as well. Preferably, I would like a setup where the PS2 also uses the surround sound, and everything is hooked up so I don't have to switch wires around every time I want to play a game.
Cables I have (all are male-to-male unless otherwise specified)
3 COAX
1 Red/White RCA
1 Yellow RCA
1 S-Video
1 Red/White/Yellow RCA to PS2
Now, I do know that I will have to buy more cables, but I'm not sure which way to go between Component or HDMI, or how many of each I'm going to need. I'm also open to the idea of buying an RCA switch if necessary, because that way I could eventually hook the N64 up to the switch as well. (I'm a fan of vintage games, sue me
)
So how the heck is this going to work?
