its when this new kid comes to town and then bart becomes friends with him and they do all this junk, and then in the end principal skinner is trapped in a shed i think and then bart and the kid mix mentos and pepsi together and the shed blows up. it's something like that, god this was a terrible description but hopefully someone knows what im talking about xox
