help me find the horn on my 93 ford ranger?

to all the mechanics /auto savy ppl out there...i own a 93 ford ranger. i just bought the truck about 3 months ago. when driving home i got cut off and i sounded the horn and it worked. since then it has not worked. i have seriously spent the last 4 weeks looking for it. i checked the fuse and it is fine, replaced the fuse just in case, still nothing. (yes i pushed the middle of the steering wheel) still nothing. leading me to believe that it is the horn or the switch. but i cant find the horn to test or replace it. can any tell me where its located -preferably detailed location- and how do i check it to see if it works. thanks much in advance
