I'm looking forward to buy unlocked smartphone and it must be under $250.00. I myself found this particular phones Samsung Monte and Samsung Jet both are under $250.00. Give me some more phones from different companies like LG, Sony Ericsson, but must be under $250.00

Requirements...
500mhz-1ghz processor
Android os is welcomed.
wifi.
must support flash content, in short youtube videos.
