I want to buy smartphone unlocked. my budget is to spend around $250.00.
I looking forward to have this features on the phone
500-800mhz processor
windows 6.5 or Android 1.6 or higher.
camera Mega Piexel 3 or higher
wifi and must play youtube. or if possible find me one that support flash.
