Help me find a phone! 200$ budget

I'm having trouble finding a new phone. I hade a nokia 6620 and I loved everything about it, unfortunately... it went through the wash

So I have 200$ (I'm willing to go a little over that but not much, I'd say 220$)

I am on cingular with the old att sim card so I'd like to get something unlocked preferably. I also like having phones that can't be found in the stores, or that not many people have. And I love customization. I would also like the phone to have a camera (1mp or more, I could also settle for less if the phone is right) and bluetooth as well. Mp3 ringtones would be great as well..

I really like the symbian operating system, and an mmc slot would be nice since I've got a gig one from my old phone.

I was looking at the nokia 6682, but I've also been looking at the 7280... It is low on features and I've always been curious about it but I know once the novelty wears off I probably would have wished I got a different phone.

I also like the sharp 703sh, I haven't really looked it up but I like the looks of it and It is in my price range. And how about the panasonic vs3?

-Bluetooth

-Not really mainstream

So can anybody recommend me either a good symbian phone or a nice stylish phone in my price range?
 
this is the same exact situation iam in. I want to spend -$200. and id like something nobody else at my school has.
