Help me figure this out I'm in a crossroads ?

Ok so I'm in a bit of a pickle , I have started a new job over an year ago and I just moved to another location witch I've been there for 11 months ,in this company there's about 30-40% of them are family member with someone manager ,secretary ,etc, so my sister in law works there and she has her brother in law who's a manager and a few more family members working there , my sister in law helped me getting my resume tru witch is also y there's so many people with family members working there cause they all due the same ,so there's this coworker we have become very close but she don't know I have family in this company no one knows just because they talk a lot and give u the dirty looks "some people" so it was just convenient to leave as a secret , but now I'm getting married next month my sister in law is my maiden of honor , and my friend can't stop talking about it , that she really what's to see the pictures but if I show the pictures they will recognize my sister in law but if I don't show the pictures they will figure there's something wrong .... What should I do , do I tell them since shes my friend and she knows what kinda person I em or just leave it as a secret ?????
